Building Surveys

We are able to provide RICS Building Surveys to assist both occupational and investment property decisions prior to the purchase.  The report includes in depth comment on the condition of the building fabric, maintenance and repair, which is not included in the RICS Homebuyer Report.  There is a Legal section in the report which asks your legal advisor to check possible issues such as rights of way, shared or unmade roads and if Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval has been obtained for extensions or alterations.

Architectural Services

We are able to provide a full range of architectural services, including the preparation of drawings and applications for planning approval, together with detailed drawings and specifications for tender and building control purposes.  

Project Management  

We undertake full project management services from preparation of full specification to acompany drawings, contract administration, tendering process and all site supervision. 

Expert Witness Reports

We are able to provide expert witness reports to assist parties in dispute.  Reports are prepared in accordance with the RICS Guidance document and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
